Throughout my professional and athletic career, I’ve been blessed with coaches, mentors, friends and others who advised, motivated and celebrated me. I became a coach because I wanted to inspire this same personal growth in others.
I’m a professional individual and a group coach certified through ICF (International Coaching Federation, the governing body of professional coaching.)
Using my coaching framework, Pillars for Performance, I help professional women create balance between work and health, using many of the same strategies and tools as elite athletes.
For most of my adult life, along with being a busy professional, I was also an elite triathlete. Over the course of 17 years, I travelled all over the world to compete, winning races and regularly finishing in the top five.
I finished in the top-ten Americans at the World Triathlon Championship twice; was named by USA Triathlon as an All-American six times and was the Oklahoma State Triathlon Champion five times.
Juggling a full-time job and getting in the many hours of training required to compete at a high level demanded enormous discipline and structure. I can help you build a framework for yourself that leads to success in your own life.
Other Professional Experience
Before embarking on a coaching career, I founded Spark!, a marketing firm for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Prior to that, I worked at several large branding firms in public relations, new business development, project management, content development, and copywriting. Also, spending over a decade in magazine advertising gave me a deep experience in sales and client relations.
